Your Health Team Heads to Denver for Advanced Biote Training

Your Health is proud to announce that 12 representatives will travel to Denver, Colorado, from December 5 to 8 for advanced Biote - bioidentical hormone replacement therapy training. This initiative underscores the organization's commitment to providing innovative, personalized healthcare solutions.

  • Charleston Thanksgiving Food Drive: A Heartfelt Thanks to Our Team and Community

This year’s Thanksgiving food drive was a huge success, thanks to the incredible support from our community and team. We partnered with Claiborne to provide cooked meals, while the community generously contributed non-cooked items like canned goods, turkeys, and monetary donations. Together, we were able to help 225 patients in the Lowcountry enjoy a special holiday meal. Volunteers and employees worked tirelessly to deliver the food, ensuring that no one was left out. This event truly showcased the power of teamwork and community spirit. We couldn't have made it happen without everyone’s dedication and support. Thank you for making a difference in the lives of so many!

Giving Thanks in the Office

Several offices throughout the company celebrated with a Thanksgiving potluck to gather and catch up with their co-workers.

Ongoing Commitment to Excellence: Achieving the CPXP Certification

At Your Health Patient Experience, we are dedicated to continuously enhancing the human experience in healthcare. Our recent achievement—Rebecca Dillard earning the Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) certification—reflects our ongoing commitment to excellence. This certification reinforces our focus on empowering our team with the skills and knowledge needed to create positive, patient-centered experiences across the continuum of care. It's just one of the many ways we’re working toward transforming healthcare through compassion, innovation, and expertise.

Ongoing Commitment to Excellence: Achieving the CPXP Certification

Your Health Patient Experience’s Ongoing Commitment to Excellence: Achieving the CPXP Certification

At Your Health Patient Experience, we are always striving to elevate the care and service we provide to our patients. Our commitment to enhancing the human experience in healthcare goes beyond words—it's embedded in every action, decision, and initiative we undertake. One of the latest milestones in our journey is the recent achievement of the Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) certification by Rebecca Dillard.

While Rebecca’s certification is a notable personal accomplishment, it represents so much more. It underscores our organization’s dedication to fostering a culture of excellence in patient experience—a core value that drives us to continuously improve and innovate across the healthcare continuum.

Why CPXP Certification Matters to Your Health's Patient Experience

The CPXP certification, awarded by the Beryl Institute in partnership with the Patient Experience Institute (PXI), is a globally recognized credential that signifies expertise in managing and improving patient experience. This certification process is rigorous, involving both extensive learning and application of best practices across patient-centered care, leadership, and service excellence.

At Your Health, we believe that earning the CPXP certification is not just about individual achievement—it’s about continually advancing our collective knowledge and skills. As an organization, we recognize that great healthcare is built on great experiences—both for the patients we care for and the people who provide that care.

A Shared Commitment to Transforming Healthcare

The CPXP certification is a reflection of the collective effort we put forth every day to create positive, patient-centered experiences that extend across all touchpoints in the care journey.

This achievement is just one example of the steps we’re taking to ensure that the human experience remains at the forefront of everything we do. From improving patient communication to enhancing the overall atmosphere of care, our organization is continually focused on creating a space where both patients and healthcare providers feel heard, valued, and supported.

Looking Ahead: Ongoing Investment in Patient Experience

Rebecca’s CPXP certification is part of our broader strategy to invest in human experience and set high standards across every aspect of care. But our commitment doesn’t end here. We will continue to focus on Your Experience Matters training and other initiatives that enhance patient experience, colleague experience, improve outcomes, and ensure every individual who interacts with Your Health feels the difference we strive to make.

A Unified Effort Toward Excellence

At Your Health Patient Experience, we are proud of the collective efforts that go into achieving excellence in healthcare experience.

Thank you for being a part of our commitment to high achievement in patient experience. Together, we will continue to create meaningful, positive changes that impact the lives of everyone we serve.
